For all Officials
There is a World Aquatics Rule update that has been published, and the majority of the changes in these (with tweaks) will be coming into Swim England Governed competitions, but not quite yet!
Thanks to the referees that attended the National call tonight, and to all other officials there will be an update coming out soon.
A note to all officials, that the updated rules will come into force for Level 1 meets ONLY from 27th March 2026
For all other level meets (which will be the majority of competitions we are involved with) will not come into force until 11th May 2026
(Swim Wales will use the new rules from the 2nd April 2026, Scottish Swimming are yet to publish dates. Any international meets are to use the new rules from now).
There will be a new DQ form published but this should not be used until after the implementation dates listed above.
