On July 28th Rosie Rudin became the overall British Gas National Age Group Champion for the third consecutive year after winning gold medals in the 13yrs 200m and 400m individual medley and the 200m backstroke, a silver in the 800m freestyle and bronze medals in the 100m backstroke and 400m freestyle. The 200m IM and 200m backstroke were Nottinghamshire Junior County long course records subject to ratification.
