It is with much sadness that I have to inform you that Noel Winter a Vice President of the Nottinghamshire Swimming Association since 1991 for his contribution to our sport in his role within Nottinghinahmshire City Council passed away this morning.
Noel suffered a major stroke late last week and unfortunately did not recover.
