We are seeking a truly inspirational Chief Coach who will continue to build and develop the success of the Club. The successful candidate will ideally hold a recognised coaching qualification and the club would be supportive of the candidate’s desire to achieve ASA level 3. The role requires vision, leadership and flexibility working with and responsible to the Committee for all aspects of coaching and competition.

The successful candidate will inspire, motivate and support the development of both swimmers and polo players to help them achieve their full potential.

As a passionate, energetic and committed individual, the Chief Coach will also mentor and manage the Clubs Coaches and volunteers.

This is a paid roll up to 20 hours a week.
