The BSCA Disability Coach of the Year is awarded to the coach that is considered to have had the highest world performance between 26/08/15 & 20/09/16, at relevant Games, Championships or events within the competitive calendar. NOVA’s Ollie Hynd sets a new world record in the Mens S8 400m Freestyle, claiming the Gold medal in a time of 4:28.67 in the heats, and lowering the time again in the final down to 4:23.76. Congratulations Ollie!
